Digital Products & Memberships


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and memberships. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email us at help@zeejyan.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll process your full refund—no questions asked.

Note: A few specific products may include a lifetime refund guarantee, which is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If your product includes this guarantee, you're covered beyond the standard 30-day window.

Physical Products

We accept returns for all physical products. If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@zeejyan.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will:

  • Offer a full refund, or

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost

  • Cover all return shipping costs, if applicable

Natural Material Disclaimer

All of our boards are made from natural Shin Kaya wood. Because of this, minor cosmetic variations—including differences in color, grain patterns, joint lines, or small imperfections—are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping Information

All orders ship from China and typically arrive within 30 to 40 days. In rare cases (such as customs delays), delivery may take up to 55 days.
