Digital Products & Memberships
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and memberships. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email us at help@zeejyan.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll process your full refund—no questions asked.
Note: A few specific products may include a lifetime refund guarantee as explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If your product includes this guarantee, you're covered beyond the standard 30-day window.
Physical Products
Due to the fragile nature of Go equipment, we do not accept returns for physical items unless the product arrives defective. Scratches, dents, or chips caused during return shipping can significantly lower the product’s value and are not eligible for a refund.
If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us at help@zeejyan.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Shipping & Delivery
Most products are shipped directly from China, which helps us keep prices low. Standard delivery takes 30–40 days, but may take up to 55 days due to customs delays.
By placing an order, you agree to this timeframe. Refunds are not issued for delays within the 55-day window.
