Shipping & Delivery Terms
We aim to provide high-quality Go equipment at the best possible prices. To do that, we ship directly from our warehouse and production partners in China. This allows us to keep costs low—but it also means delivery may take a little longer than local shipments. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping Origin
All of our physical products are shipped from our warehouse and partner facilities in China.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery times are:
● Most orders: 30–40 days
● In rare cases (due to customs delays): Up to 55 days
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this delivery window.
Tracking Information
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take several days for the tracking to update depending on your country’s postal system.
Delays
While we ship as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to customs processing or regional disruptions (e.g., holidays, weather, or postal issues). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We do not offer refunds for packages that are still within the 55-day delivery window.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after 55 days and shows no movement or confirmation of delivery, please contact us. After investigating the tracking, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund—your choice.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at help@zeejyan.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
International Shipping Notes
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs.
