We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and memberships.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email us at help@zeejyan.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll process your full refund—no questions asked.

Note: Some products may include a lifetime refund guarantee, which will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If your product includes this guarantee, you’re covered beyond the standard 30-day window.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from China and are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.

For flat-rate shipping, tracking is not available during ocean transit. Once your order has been dispatched from China, you will receive a tracking number via FedEx or UPS.

The tracking number will become active once the package arrives in the United States, allowing you to follow its progress to your door.

Shipping Eligibility

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us first at help@zeejyan.com to discuss possible arrangements.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that delivery time does not include handling and processing.

  • Handling & Processing: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping to the U.S.: 25–30 days on average

  • Possible Delays: In rare cases (such as customs processing or shipping congestion), delivery may extend to 35–55 days.

There will be no additional import taxes or fees required upon delivery.

Please ensure you are comfortable with this estimated timeline before placing your order.

Tracking and Delays

Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped. Please note that tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches the U.S.
Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns and Cancellations

If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it simply because you no longer want it, you must first receive the package before requesting a return.
You will then need to ship it back to our New Jersey warehouse with postage paid by you, as we cannot recall packages once they are in transit.

If your item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@zeejyan.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging in the email.

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
In these cases, we cover all return shipping costs.

Natural Material Disclaimer

All of our Go boards are made from natural Shin Kaya wood.
Minor cosmetic variations—such as differences in color, grain patterns, joint lines, or small imperfections—are normal and not considered defects.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived after 55 days and shows no movement or delivery confirmation, please contact us at help@zeejyan.com.
After reviewing the tracking and confirming the loss, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund.
