Content purchased through our digital products or memberships is for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared without permission. If any part of a paid product is released by us for free (e.g., on YouTube), feel free to share it—just don’t repost or re-upload the content.
Digital Products & Memberships
We offer digital Go courses and memberships that give you access to structured lessons, recorded content, and exclusive materials. You may not share your login or distribute the content. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for all digital purchases. If you’re not satisfied, just email us at help@zeejyan.com and we’ll take care of it—no questions asked.
Physical Products
Due to the delicate nature of our Go boards and equipment, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective upon arrival. Damage caused by improper repackaging can reduce the value of an item, so we only issue replacements or refunds for verified defects.
If your item arrives damaged or is missing parts, contact us at help@zeejyan.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Promotions & Discounts
If a product is marked down directly on our site, there’s no limit to how many you can purchase—unless stated otherwise on the product page or in our emails. If a discount is applied through a coupon code, only one coupon may be used per order. We reserve the right to limit coupon usage and deactivate offers at any time. Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively.
Intellectual Property
All paid course content is protected. You retain the right to access what you've purchased, but may not copy, modify, or distribute it. This includes lessons, visuals, terminology systems, and frameworks created by Simple Baduk. We encourage you to share links to our free content, but not to repost it.
